Inspection and commercial services
The day before and the morning of the sale, cars are available for inspection. For more information on the inspection dates, please see the auction calendar.
During the inspection time, buyers can see the vehicles and make their own appraisal of its mechanical, exterior and interior conditions.
Our commercial staff is available to answer your questions and advise you.
Cars can be opened but can not be road-tested.
Vehicles sourcing
The vehicles sold are direct from fleet and leasing companies, car manufacturers, banks, car dealers as well as forced sales.
We always act as a third party and never own the vehicles sold.
Cars from any other European country than France are always sold with complete administrative documentation and can be registered immediately.
Guarantees
On a standard basis, all cars are sold with vehicle inspection certificates and detailed specifications sheets (brand, model, fuel type, body type, equipments, VAT, etc).
When available, road tests and service records are also made available.
However, given our third party status, vehicles are sold "as is" which means without any sort of guarantee regarding vehicle conditions and mileages.
For the cars which are still under car manufacturer guarantee, this guarantee runs until its expiry under car manufacturer conditions.
For all cars, we offer an on-demand guarantee service. For more information, please contact the company CG2A: + 33 (0) 5 34 51 12 12.

Attending an auction
Vehicles are sold exclusively through "public auctions" without any previous registration. This means that auctions are open to public, including private and professional buyers, and are free of charge.
Vehicles can not be bought before and after the auction.
Vehicles are auctioned in consecutive numerical order and at the time-slot, as it appears on the list.
Auctions are conducted by a certified auctioneer who sets the opening bid and the auction increment.
Bids are placed either orally or by a signal.
Persons who can not attend the auction can bid through an "absentee bid". An absentee bid is a written instruction from the buyer directing the auctioneer to bid on your behalf to a maximum amount specified for each vehicle. The auctioneer will execute the absentee bid at the lowest price possible. This service is free of charge.
The fall of the auctioneer's hammer indicates the final bid. As soon as an item is pronounced "sold", it shall be placed under the sole responsibility of the buyer.
The buyer shall forthwith assume full risk and responsibility for the vehicle and shall pay the full purchase price. No vehicle may be removed from the premises until the buyer has paid in full the purchase price.
